We, the Franciscan Sisters of the Atonement, are a missionary congregation of women religious, called by God through the Church, guided by the Holy Spirit, and inspired by the vision of our founders, Mother Lurana Mary White and Father Paul James Wattson.
In loving faithfulness to this sacred calling—our covenant—we honor and celebrate the diversity and unique gifts within our community. Through a shared life rooted in at-one-ment, we nurture and support one another, encouraging each Sister to live out the fullest expression of Christian love.
We are sent forth as witnesses of the Kingdom, serving with Franciscan simplicity and joy, especially among the poor and those who are neglected or oppressed. With open hearts, we also embrace new ministries that respond to the evolving needs of our time.
You can make a meaningful impact by supporting our mission and ministries around the world. Whether through your prayers or donations, your partnership helps us proclaim the Gospel and live out the prayer of Jesus:
"That all may be one." (John 17:21)
We are deeply grateful for your support. Know that we pray in thanksgiving for the blessing you are to us. May you be abundantly blessed as we continue this journey—together in mission.
Your generous donation helps fund our mission, allowing us to reach our goals and improve lives through our ministries. Every gift—large or small—has a meaningful impact.

Prayer for Christian Unity
Antiphon: "That they all may be one, as you, Father, are in me, and I in you; that they also may be one in us, so that the world may believe that you sent me."
(John 17:21)
V. You are Peter,
R. And on this rock I will build my Church. (Matthew 16:18)
Prayer: Lord Jesus Christ, you said to your apostles: "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you." Look not on our sins, but on the faith of your Church. Grant us the peace and unity of your kingdom, where you live and reign forever and ever. Amen.
Daily Prayer of the Children of the Atonement
O God, you have prepared for those who love you such good things that they surpass our understanding. Pour into the hearts of the Children of the Atonement, such a love for you, that we, loving you, in and above all things, may obtain your promises which exceed all that we can desire through Jesus Christ our Lord.
U.N.B.L. Prayer (The Union that Nothing Be Lost)
Lord Jesus Christ, You commanded your apostles: "Gather the fragments, that nothing may be lost." Grant us the grace to waste nothing—our time, our talents, our resources, or opportunities. May we use all things for your glory, in service of our neighbors and for the salvation of all. Help us do everything out of love for you, Lord Jesus Christ, who live and reign with the Father in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
Antiphon: "The ancient ruins shall be rebuilt for your sake; you shall raise up the foundations of generations past. You shall be called ‘Repairer of the breach,’ ‘Restorer of ruined dwellings.’"
(Isaiah 58:12)
Prayer: Creator God , we offer you our praise and thanksgiving for all creation. Through your Spirit, you sent your Son, Jesus the Christ as the light of the world. Bless our Church and the Society of the Atonement with generous women and men who will continue to respond to your call to live the consecrated life for the sake of the Gospel and accept the joys and challenges of bringing Christ to the world today.
(Alternate Version may be used at the discretion of the Heb)
Mary, Our Mother, Our Lady of the Atonement, you joyfully accepted the call to bear the Son of God to a waiting world. Hear our prayer for women and men to accept the joys and challenges of bringing Christ to the world today and to live consecrated life in the Society of the Atonement.
"We joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ by whom we have now received the Atonement." (Romans 5:11)
